quick room service smart tv easy transport helpful staff
The room service was very quick. A smart tv allowed us to stream youtube content. Hotel taxis, grab and gojek made getting around easy. the staff was the best feature. They are wonderful and helpful. lina at the concierge desk gave next level service. the staff cares a lot about customers.
I wish the pool bar had been a swim-up bar, though the area was very nice. It was a small disappointment, but everything else was great.

Breakfast and dinner on the fourth floor are great. The prohibition period steakhouse is very engaging. the engaging prohibition period steakhouse on-site is worth a meal. the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of fresh choices.

i was very happy with the complimentary bottled water. the spacious and comfortable room offered a relaxing atmosphere. the owners lounge was a pleasant surprise as i waited for my flight. this service added great value.
The pool lacked a swim-up bar. I found this a little inconvenient.

attentive staff ocean views easy access vibrant scene
Our arrival was met with great staff. They ensured every detail was perfect. The spacious, beautifully designed room gave us amazing ocean views. I particularly loved the easy beach access, and the infinity pool was very relaxing. The location is an ideal peaceful retreat for exploring the vibrant scene.
The air conditioner kept kicking in and out loudly depending on the setting. This made sleeping a bit difficult.
